There was a program that aired on cable called, PSI FILES on the Discovery Channel. It was about the government project "Remote Viewing." The following is a report of the TV show along with much research on the Internet. (search under Remote-Viewing or CRV ) Later the Program was called STAR GATE or Star-Gate.
Remote Viewing is the ability of the human mind to "see" things at a location that is anywhere around the globe. Remote Viewers are people with the ability to describe buildings, people and other things totally through the power of the mind. The US Military and the CIA, among others, have more than a casual interest in psychic abilities.
In the early 1970’s the Soviets made some amazing breakthroughs in the development of psychic research. The CIA became aware of the fact that the KGB was actively pursuing the "Ultimate Weapon" the human mind. There were some amazing claims coming from the Soviets in the psychic or parapsychic realms.
Cold War pushed the US Military into developing a psychic program, from fear of the KGB advances in these areas, as well as verified intelligence reports.
Russians developed their psychic abilities and it was feared that they would turn the mind (psychic phenomena) into the ultimate weapon. So we started the same projects.
Major General Ed Thompson - Assist. Chief of Staff for Intelligence, US Army, 1977-1981... says Soviet psychic research went underground in the KGB and was funded by the govt. in the early 1970’s. Mostly they were interested in Long Distance communication, psychic communication, Telekinesis, and Telepathic Hypnosis
Colonel John Alexander - US Army Intelligence and Security Command, 1982-1984...says that the Soviets had multiple psychic research laboratories. The Soviets screened civilians for natural psychic talent. The Soviets also claimed to be able to induce death through psychic means.
To catch up with the Russians the US turned to Stanford Research International (SRI) which was Americas second largest Think Tank, and it received over 70 million dollars from the US govt. annually to use for high tech defense related projects. They were chosen to research the mind as a reliable tool for espionage and war.
Hal Putoff- Head of research of Remote Viewing Project, Stanford Research Institute, 1972-1985...says that what started as a relatively small project took up the next 15 years of his life. In 1972 the CIA gave Hal 50,000 dollars to find a means of psychic technique that could be demonstrated reliably and if possible used operationally. Hal began to research the ESP techniques to develop the perfect spy. Hal employed a psychic named Ingo Swann as well as others.
Ingo Swann introduced Hal Putoff to the world of Remote Viewing. They would give the various psychics certain map coordinates and ask them to describe what was there. It could be anywhere on the globe but there were some psychics who kept describing the right things. They got to be so good at remote viewing that the project escalated.
Remote viewing is the ability so see in ones mind, and describe places anywhere on the globe. The govt. would Not have escalated the project unless they got satisfactory results. One psychic accurately saw a biological warfare laboratory that was inhumanly testing on animals and Humans that was hidden under an old POW camp, through remote viewing. It was confirmed and later destroyed as a result.
The Generals would select certain Longitude and Latitude coordinates and give them to the psychics. The psychics kept accurately describing what was there in amazing detail. A govt. official that was selecting these coordinates decided to give the psychics the coordinates of his vacation cabin in the nearby mountains. The official accidentally miscalculated the coordinates and the result was one that got the attention of everyone! He accidentally gave them the coordinates of an installation that was so secret, only the top level people knew it was there.
There were 2 that described what was really at the coordinates and it was a Top Secret Military Installation, highly classified, and Nobody was supposed to know about it. But 2 of their main psychics described it in detail, and that got the attention at the top. They described hallways in mapped detail, names and name badges on the some of people in there, file cabinets and File names, all of this highly classified.
They described in detail a Satellite Spying Communication System, run by the Pentagon, Now they got the attention of the people at the top and then the money began to flood in for the advancement of the psychic studies. Due to the accuracy, and the fact that NOBODY was supposed to know this place existed, different agencies began to participate in the SRI project, like CIA, Defense Intelligence Agency, Navy. They now all began to participate in the psychic research and experiments. There was no question as to it’s accuracy and validity.
In 1978 a multimillion dollar remote viewing research and development by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the US Army began its program.
Major General Ed Thompson tells of how he had met the psychics at SRI, including Ingo Swann and how it was business like and not a carnival type atmosphere.
Major General Ed Thompson decided to try his hand at remote viewing and had his staff give him a coordinate, and he accurately described a Masonic temple which was at the site! His staff drove him to the site and he was amazed to see the huge building which he saw in his minds eye, then when he flew out the next day, he saw the Masonic temple from the air, he knew it was the same angle he viewed it remotely.
That experience convinced Major General Ed Thompson that it was a real phenomena. Then he set up a project in the Army, at Ft Meade, Maryland, under the Army Intelligence and Security Command. They employed intelligence personnel with a natural abilities, like artists, entrepreneurs, and risk takers, or those with psychic experiences in the past. These were trained by the SRI psychic, Ingo Swann.
Major Ed Dames, Remote-Viewing Unit, US Army, 1984-1989...was trained by Ingo Swann in Remote Viewing, and began to train others. He claims to be Swann’s protégé, and caretaker of the technology, and provided advanced training for many top level people from many different agencies.
Some psychics specialized in things like, Nuclear Weapons, Soviet Tanks Location, Chemical and Biological Weapons Location, (all located by remote viewers), as well as the location of Mohmar Khadaffi, in Lybia. They used the predictions of the psychics to locate Khadaffi and drop bombs on him in the 80’s.
The Pentagon claims that only on occasion were the results of remote viewing and other similar projects used in decision making at the top level. The projects received the highest level of support and they claim some remarkable psychic achievements in locating Soviet Submarines, Nuclear Research installations and even locating Hostages in the Middle East. There was never a shortage of volunteers for this paranormal duty.
Major Ed Dames says that he trained people from different agencies and apparently they were satisfied because they kept coming back! Agencies like CIA, FBI, Defense Intelligence Agency, Navy, Air Force and the Drug Enforcement Agency. Dames claims they are happy customers of the psychic training, and would not keep coming back if they did not receive something useful.
The program developed to the point where the coordinates were not even given to the psychics, and it did not matter, they still got it right. The coordinates were more a formality which was done away with, because the psychics "knew" what the targets were with out any clues. The nature of the project began to expand beyond remote viewing to include other psychic abilities.
Major Ed Thompson US Army left the project in 1981, but the main supporter was:
Major General Albert Stubblebine.
Major General Stubblebine was enthusiastic about the project and its expansion. Head of Armies Intelligence and Securities. He did experiments with his senior officers to attempt to bend spoons with psychic power. He received the nickname of "Spoonbender" as a result.
Colonel John Alexander was a staff officer close to Major General Stubblebine during this time.
Colonel John Alexander - US Army Intelligence and Security Command, 1982-1984… tells of a meeting with Major General Stubblebine and about 30 Generals and high ranking men, in which all were attempting to bend cutlery (Psychokinesis). Alexander has 2 forks that were identical, until an interesting event occurred. One of the untrained individuals in the meeting held up a fork and in the plain view of everyone, one fork simply bent to a 90 degree angle, then it returned to an upright position, then bent again to a position of about 45 degrees and it remained there! He held up the actual fork for the TV camera and showed it bent.
This occurred in the presence of Top Level Military men, and witnessed by many qualified observers. It occurred in plain view of all. This is a fact and Colonel John Alexander appeared on TV with this story and with the forks, one of which was bent and showed to the TV camera.
When Colonel John Alexander was asked the question, "What are you going to do, try to bend tank barrels?" he said, "No, that’s ridiculous, but we do think we can impact electronics, and things of that nature." He goes on to say that instead of trying to move large mass of matter, we are just dealing with electrons.
Major General Stubblebine felt that confronting his officers to the paranormal would keep them intellectually on their toes, and shake up their world views. But it was having a deep impact on everyone exposed to the reality of the paranormal. Suddenly the mundane things of life seemed so unimportant when the foundations of reality (or what was perceived as reality) are shaken.
The reality of the psychic phenomena in "Remote Viewing" and now in "Spoon Bending" was enough to cause great interest from the CIA & DIA in particular. The project became known as Star Gate. From this point on the facts become unclear because of so much denial by CIA and DIA of their involvement.
There was a shake up in the hierarchy and the psychics did not like the changes the programs were going through. There were some who left the military and began researching on their own.
Major General Stubblebine resigned in 1984, in part because of pressure that he had gone too far in this psychic research. The project was taken over totally by the Defense Intelligence Agency and out of the Army (who had overseen the project since 1972.
The DIA explored all forms of psychic abilities, with a less structured approach. The Navy began its independent psychic research, as well as the Army, CIA, DEA, FBI and others. Various code names from the different groups were GRILL FRAME, CENTER LANE, and STARGATE. The CIA had a research project code named SCANTE.
Major Ed Dames used remote viewing to attempt to locate the Ark of the Covenant, Noah’s Ark and UFO’s. He said that he could not give the information to his superiors because of reprisals for searching for such non authorized things. He did not say where they were but implied they knew.
In the 1980’s the Pentagon began to scrutinize various groups like the remote viewers. The Secretary of Defense Carlucci (Sp?), sent an inspector general team to examine the remote viewing project operations. They burned and shredded all the documents of the years of study. Major Ed Dames says they literally burned up 2 paper shredders destroying the remote viewing project data. Why would the Pentagon and the Secretary of Defense do that?
With support from congress the Remote Viewing Project survived and it was used in locating SCUD missiles in the Gulf War, as well as other intelligence targets.
The DIA claimed that it no longer wanted the project. In 1995 the congress transferred the project to the CIA. The official stand is that the CIA did not want the remote viewing project. The CIA claimed to have shut the project down. What a laugh.
Admiral Stansfield Turner, Director CIA, 1977-1981, denies the use of parapsychology in intelligence gathering in the future, he says it has no role.
Major Ed Thompson...says there is a need for the parapsychic and it works, there is something to it, and we need to keep developing it.
According to the CIA, they will only use psychics occasionally as private contractors and not as govt. employees.
Major General Ed Thompson left the Army in 1985 and is retired in Maine
Dr Hal Putoff left Stanford Research Institute in 1985. He is an internationally known theoretical physicist in Texas.
Ingo Swann left the remote viewing project in 1988 and lives in Manhattan.
Major General Stubblebine lives in New York with his new wife, a psychiatrist that claims to have been abducted by a UFO.
General Ed Dames left the Army in 1991. He lives in Beverly Hills and plans to open a remote viewing center in Hawaii.
It is my opinion that the CIA is currently and clandestinely developing the psychic abilities, and may even be keeping the results from Washington as well as the public.

God has his SEERS too! This is not a new idea at all. The Lord always gave his people warning through the Prophets and the SEERS. There was always a confrontation between the powers of the false prophets and the powers of God’s prophets. God always wins.
Therefore we can expect God to raise up some SEERS in this day. These SEERS will describe in detail what is to come. John was a SEER and he wrote Revelation. Today the SEERS will clearly have spiritual eyes to SEE as well as Spiritual ears to Hear. The Mind of Christ or the Godconscious Mind is within each one of us. The Sons of God will also have the ability to use 100% of the power in the subconscious mind, like Jesus did. Some will become SEERS, why not you?
