The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) was set up to take control of foreign policy in an effort to assist world bankers, and soon expanded to working toward a new one world government. In 1973, David Rockefeller, chairman of the CFR, established the Trilateral Commission. Zbigniew Brzezinski was the first Executive Director of the Trilateral Commission. In Brzezinski’s book, "Between Two Ages," he says new weapons have been developed which will utilize weather control, to create storms, droughts, floods etc. This weather modification can weaken a nations ability to produce crops, cause electrical firestorms, tornadoes and even earthquakes. President Jimmy Carter named Zbigniew Brzezinski as his National Security Adviser, and shortly thereafter, the Trilateral Commission released an official report called, "Collaboration with Communist Countries in Managing Global Problems," which mentioned concerns of weather modification and earthquake control. The US and Russia later agreed to cooperate in a race toward weather control, much like we cooperate in space exploration, while at the same time competing with each other. In 1974, President Gerald Ford and Henry Kissinger (CFR) met at Vladivostok to sign an agreement with the Russians, to cooperate with them, knowing they had been experimenting in weather modification. Russia provided the location and the personnel, while the US provided technology and equipment. Under a federal grant, we built a 40 ton giant electromagnet in Chicago, able to generate a magnetic field 250,000 times greater that that of the earth itself. In 1976, using Nikola Tesla’s methods and theories, Russia began sending out the most powerful manmade radio beams ever created. Tesla believed that by using coordinated radio impulses, you could manipulate part of the earth’s magnetic field, and alter the jet-streams, which shape the weather. Russia now has the ability to produce frequencies of 40 megawatts (40 million watts). The highest transmission used in radio broadcasting in the US is 50,000 watts. By generating giant standing electromagnetic waves, thousands of miles long, storms can be diverted or blocked, or a long lasting high-pressure areas can be formed. These waves use Extreme Low Frequencies (ELF), much the same frequencies that the human brain uses. Experiments are also being done on affecting large populations, by transmitting frequencies which will produce a state in the brain similar to hypnosis. The change in the weather patterns in the US has been phenomenal, since 1977, up to now. Record floods, storms, fires, hurricanes and tornadoes have shattered all time highs. The US has the HAARP facility in Alaska, which deals with this same type of technology. We have the ability now to use lightning as a weapon, striking anywhere with pinpoint accuracy.

The National Guard is going to hold a massive test to see if they could organize their troops in the event of a total communications failure. Because of the Y2K threat of shutting down all forms of comminications such as, Television, Radio, Cell Phones, Telephones etc., the National Guard will hold it’s first national mobilization of troops since 1940. The possibility of rioting and civil unrest, because of the Y2K millennium bug, has triggered this gigantic effort. They will attempt to mobilize their troops via word of mouth, without the assistance of electronic equipment. This exercise, COMEX/MOBEX, will involve every guard member. It is the National Guard’s duty to quell rioting if it should break out. Even though each guard member has taken an oath, it is suspected that in the event of a real crisis, about 50% of the guard members will not heed the call, but stay home to protect their own family. That means that there will definitely not be enough guard members to stop a national crisis. The exercise is set to take place on May 1-2, 1999. It is also interesting to note that 500,000 troops are embedded in every career field, and it is expected to disrupt parts of society in some form. The President can only mobilize 200,000 troops by executive order, and full mobilization requires congressional input. In the event of a real communications outage the ripples will go deep into every city, in every state. The National Guard can be mobilizes in one of two ways; Federal and State. When called for State status, the Guard falls under the control of the individual state governors. When called for Federal status, the Army Guard becomes part of the US Army and the Air National Guard becomes part of the USAF. All military and civilian employees are scheduled to be paid a little differently in December 1999. Payroll for January 2000 will be paid a month early. That is to place guard members in a situation where they can not refuse to respond to the Y2K crisis, because they will have already been paid in advance. What does all this mean? The government is gearing up for a nationwide deployment of troops that we have not seen since WW2. A national emergency will be declared, before the troops can be deployed as our National Police Force. Can we depend on the government to protect us from the potential crisis with an expected 50% of guardsmen expected to respond in the event of a real emergency? No. There simply will not be enough men to stop a major emergency. What can we do? Be prepared to provide for yourself and your family. The American Red Cross is advising people to stockpile a weeks worth of supplies. If there is no a chance something will happen, why is the National Guard going to go through the trouble and expense of holding this massive exercise? Why would companies be spending literally billions of dollars preparing, if it was not a real possibility? The bottom line is it will not hurt to be prepared. You will need food, water, heat, lights, money and perhaps some medical supplies. I talked to a salesman at Costco, and he told me that they sold 3 semi-truck loads of small generators in one month, all because of people preparing for Y2K. If you can not afford to prepare, then God will supernaturally protect you, perhaps by multiplying food, or some other way. God will protect his own. Department of Defense retired officer, Al Cuppett, spoke to an audience of several hundred in Spokane last month. Keeping them on the edge of their seats, the distinguished winner of the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart gave shocking documentation that the US Constitution can now be suspended without notice. Cuppett talked about the executive orders in the federal registry, which allows the government to ignore the Bill of Rights, round up politically-incorrect people, and impose a military dictatorship with the help of foreign troops. Cuppett went on to say that the framework for a totalitarian government has been formed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). FEMA operates under the guise of an emergency disaster preparedness agency, but in reality it may have a hidden agenda. Cuppett noted that in 1994, Clinton signed Executive Order 12919 which authorizes FEMA and the National Security Council to seize control of the nation under a state emergency, during which Americans could be stripped of all their rights and property. FEMA was created by executive order by Trilateral Commission member, President Jimmy Carter, through Executive Order 12148. FEMA is supposed to aid in disaster relief, but during hurricane Andrew, FEMA failed miserably. They have fallen under Congressional investigation because of the poor job they did during that hurricane. I have received several letters from readers who speak of eye-witnessing the movement and deployment of foreign troops on Federal land, all over the country. I have no first hand knowledge of this, but report what I have been told.

Saddam Hussein is said to be especially angry at the recent bombing raids by the USA on his country. He has vowed to retaliate via terrorism on our own soil. Osama bin Laden, (terrorist and mastermind of the embassy bombings in Africa), has been offered asylum in Iraq, by Saddam. Saddam is recruiting terrorist to carry out attacks against our country. We are used to seeing the viscous acts of terrorism only on the television. That makes it seem so far away, that it could never touch us. It may very well be that we could soon feel the effects right here at home. We attacked Saddam just prior to Rammadon, their holy month. If he wanted to attack us, he may choose a time when we would be most vulnerable… say during the Y2K crisis?

The Electronic Telegraph reported from London on Valentines day: "Russia has signed arms deals worth over $100 million with Saddam Hussein, to reinforce Iraq's air defenses. This move posses a serious threat to British and US planes enforcing Iraq's no-fly zone. In an outright violation of the UN arms embargo, the Russians have agreed to modernize and overhaul Iraq's aging squadrons of MIG jet-fighters and restore Iraq's air defenses to combat readiness"

We know that the US Dollar is controlled by, and connected to the Rockefellers. The Euro Dollar is likewise connected to the Rothschilds. The world bankers compete for wealth, but they are quick to jump in bed together when it is mutually convenient and profitable. Brazil recently allowed it’s currency to free float and lost 40% in a few days. The repercussions hit the US stock markets and the IMF stepped in to halt the crisis. They want to impose "dollarization" and basically replace their currency with the US Dollar. Argentina also wants replace their Peso with the Dollar. It seems like the world will soon have to choose between the US Dollar and the Euro Dollar. That is a big step closer to a one world government.

In the book of Revelation the Lord has a lot to say to the "Angel Of the Church." There are 7 churches which are listed there. God speaks the "Angels" or the "Leaders" of these churches, most of which receive severe rebuke. Jesus spoke harshly to the Pharisees who were the leaders of his day. He rebuked them because the leaders are the ones who are deceiving the people, keeping them blinded by their tradition. It is very important to understand that while God rebukes the "Angel" or "Leader" of the Church, he always tells the "People" that they can overcome and inherit his fullness.

Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my People, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. (KJV)

Now, notice that the Lord rebukes the Leaders, or Angels of these churches, not the blinded People.

Rev 2:1, 4 Unto the Angel (Leader) of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks…. 4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against Thee (the Leader), because thou hast left thy first love.

Rev 2:12-14 And to the Angel (the Leader) of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; 13 I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth. 14 But I have a few things against Thee (the Leader), because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel (people)…

Rev 2:18-20 And unto the Angel (the Leader) of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass; 19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first. 20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against Thee (the Leaders), because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants (people) to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. Rev 3:1-2 And unto the Angel (the Leader) of the church in Sardis write.. I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. 2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found Thy (the leaders) works perfect before God.

Rev 3:14-17 And unto the Angel (the Leader) of the church of the Laodiceans write.. 15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So then because Thou (the leaders) art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. 17 Because Thou (the Leaders) sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that Thou (the Leaders) art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

Jesus forgave the sinners in the deepest pit of sin, but raked the Pharisees over the coals. I go into this subject further in my booklet, "Barabbas and the Pharisees." Just as Jesus rebuked the Pharisees and High Priests, God rebukes the Angels or Leaders of the churches in Revelation. Now read what the Lord says to the People who are in these churches.

Ephesus Rev 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches (people); To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. (KJV)

Smyrna Rev 2:11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches (people); He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

Pergamos Rev 2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches (people); To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. (KJV)

Thyatira Rev 2:26-29 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: 27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. 28 And I will give him the morning star. 29 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches (people).

Sardis Rev 3:5-6 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. 6 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches (people).

Philadelphia Rev 3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. 13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches (people).

Laodecia Rev 3:21-22 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches (people).

Isa 45:18 For thus saith the LORD that created the Heavens; God himself that formed the Earth and made it; he hath established it, He Created It Not In Vain, He Formed It To Be Inhabited…

Wired News reported that Star Bridge, (Utah-based company), claims it has developed the fastest, most flexible computer architecture in the world, which will be used as the basis for everything from the Internet servers to Coffee makers in the future. Its new "hypercomputer" called Hal, the size of a normal PC, that plugs into a normal wall outlet, is supposedly faster and more versatile than any other supercomputer on the market. It reportedly tested at a rate of 12.84 teraflops (trillion calculations per second) or equivalent to 60,000 times the speed of a 350-megahertz personal computer.

ZiffDavis News Network reported that Global Positioning System technology (GPS) now has the ability to track people, and is causing fears among privacy experts. The report noted in Pontiac, Michigan: "non-violent prisoners wear GPS-based bracelets in lieu of serving time behind bars. Systems are also in the works to ensure Alzheimer's patients stay close to the hospital and children don't stray too far from home." This may seem useful, but where does it stop? What happens if groups like the FBI or insurance companies use this technology? Big Brother can really be watching us!

CNN reported that up to about 5,000 American army troops, are preparing for possible duty in Kosovo province, in war-torn Yugoslavia, as part of a potential NATO plan to bring peace to the region. The Americans would be part of an international "peacekeeping force," if an accord can be reached between the Serbs and separatists in Kosovo. Madeline Albright was sent to the area, and warned that if an agreement was not reached, they would face NATO air-strikes. Both WWI and WWII started in this same region. Currently there are over 100 civil conflicts all over the world. According to the book of Revelation, there are some big wars on the horizon. 100 Chinese ballistic missiles now face Taiwan. The US is going to build a missile defense system, even though it violates the Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty. We also just gave Russia 3.5 billion to upgrade their nuclear arsenal against the Y2K bug.

According to media reports, a 14 year old Israeli boy from Tel Aviv named Nir Zigdon, recently became a national hero after claiming to have destroyed an Iraqi government Internet site with a computer virus contained in an email attachment. He was quoted as saying that the Iraqi website, "...contained lies about the United States, Britain and Israel. I figured that if Israel is afraid of assassinating Saddam Hussein, at least I can try to destroy his site. With the help of some special software I tracked down the site's server to one of the Gulf states. In the e-mail message, I claimed I was a Palestinian admirer of Saddam, who had produced a virus capable of wiping out Israeli websites. That persuaded them to open the message and click on the designated batch file. Within hours the site had been destroyed. Shortly afterwards I received an e-mail from the site manager, Fayiz, that told me to 'go to hell'." Now that is funny!
