A Vision of the Ark of God's Glory

    "And they set the ark of God upon a new cart, and brought it out of the house of Abinadab that was in Gibeah: and Uzzah and Ahio, the sons of Abinadab, drave the new cart...  And David and all the house of Israel played before the LORD on all manner of instruments made of fir wood, even on harps, and on psalteries, and on timbrels, and on cornets, and on cymbals.  And when they came to Nachon's threshingfloor, Uzzah put forth his hand to the ark of God, and took hold of it; for the oxen shook it.  And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Uzzah; and God smote him there for his error; and there he died by the ark of God.  And David was displeased, because the LORD had made a breach upon Uzzah: and he called the name of the place Perezuzzah to this day.  And David was afraid of the LORD that day, and said, How shall the ark of the LORD come to me?  So David would not remove the ark of the LORD unto him into the city of David: but David carried it aside into the house of Obededom the Gittite.  And the ark of the LORD continued in the house of Obededom the Gittite three months: and the LORD blessed Obededom, and all his household (2 Sam 6:3-11)."

    The foregoing Scriptures are a historic record of the attempt to bring the Ark of God’s presence to the "Mount Zion" upon a man-made vehicle, instead of Bearing it upon the Shoulders of the Priesthood, as God had commanded it to be.  We find that there are certain principles revealed here which closely parallel the actions of churchmen in the early part of  the 1900’s; from roughly the years of 1910 to 1914, in which about ninety percent of all the mainline "Pentecostal Denominations" were formed.  The formation of these organizations resulted in the spiritual "Death" of many priests like UZZA (meaning  "Mighty") who tried to "Help" the Spirit in the shakings which were taking place in the Pentecostal World of that time. It is very interesting to note that the famous "Azusa (or, the "AS UZZA) " Street Revival lasted only from mid-1906 to 1910, about 3 1/2 years (or, 42 mo.) it was at the close of this time period, that these events occurred.  The result of all this was, that the Ark became "Parked," so to speak, in the house of Obed-Edom (meaning Servant of ADAM, or, of the Flesh).   I has been there now, in the nominal camp for 90 years (or three full months of prophetic "Days" See Ezek 4:6 etc.); and truly you must say God has "Blessed" their house..
 
    In the early hours of Feb 15th  I had a vision, in which I saw the priests going in to an old building of some kind, and carefully wiping off all the grit and grime which had settled upon the "Ark of God;"  You wouldn’t believe how that "Beaten Gold" did shine when they got through.  I saw them take down the wooden poles (or "Staves) and gently placing them through the rings on the sides of the Ark, and putting the Ark upon their shoulders, they began to march with it; bringing it up the road leading to "Mount Zion," and the "Tabernacle of David."   Get ready, saints, things are about to start happening very soon that will manifest that God has moved from one dimension into another..  This is the signal and an open invitation for His Son’s to arise and follow Him, in like manner.

After thoughts:

    The vision I was given of the Ark of "God's Glory" seems to point out that the Priesthood has finally learned the "Order of God."  The Scriptures declare that there were "Eight" of them; I don't remember counting how many I saw, but this sounds accurate.  Eight is the Number of New Creation, and a "New Beginning," I cannot help but to feel that God is beginning something "New;" we need to really pray that when this happens, we will have the grace to let go of our old ideas and "Set" ways..  Notice the following Scriptures;

     "And it was so, that when they that bare the ark of the LORD had gone six paces (very possibly Symbolic of Six Thousand Years), he sacrificed oxen and fatlings.  And David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was girded with a linen ephod (showing A King-Priest Ministry).  So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the LORD with shouting (shall our Heavenly King Descend from heaven with a Shout?), and with the sound of the trumpet (Could not this be connected to the "Last Trump??" See 2 Sam 6:13-15)." I also found out from our old friend and associate, Kelley Varner that it is just 8 miles from the "House of Obed-Edom" to the top of Mt. Zion; so this vision could be 8 years in coming to light finally, or only 8 weeks, I don't know; but I do know that God is bringing forth His Glory in "New things," and He is definitely leading His people in the right direction.
