The Subject of the Last Nine Camps is one of particular interest to the church of the hour. The revelation of the Camps was first given to us of the Lord 'in part' in the mid-eighties. Since then it has been added to and proven to be bona fide, in that much has already come to pass while other elements are in the process of fulfillment. These camps paint a picture of the Church at the end of the age, showing the activity of the Spirit, failures of men, and the progressive unfolding of the Divine plan for the overcomer.

ISRAEL, OUR LORD, AND HIS CHRIST

It is important to understand this principle, that natural Israel is a TYPE of the KINGDOM OF GOD as REVEALED and EXPERIENCED in the MANY MEMBERED CHRIST. All that happened to her was for our learning (Ro. 15:4), to send a MESSAGE in TYPES (EXAMPLES) to the CHURCH, and for her ADMONITION (See 1Cor 10:11). Notice these parallel truths for example: Israel had a KING - JESUS is the PREEMINENT KING, while we are KINGS. Israel was GOD'S CHOSEN SON (Ex 4:22) - JESUS is the PREEMINENT SON, while we are SONS. Israel had a PRIESTHOOD and a HIGH PRIEST - In JESUS our HIGH PRIEST, we are PRIESTS. In JESUS, who is the TRUE PROPHET, PRIEST, AND KING, WE are PROPHETS, PRIESTS, AND KINGS: 'For as HE IS, SO ARE WE, in THIS WORLD' 1Jn. 4:17.

FORTY JUBILEES

Numbers are very significant in Scripture, because they point to details that give added depth to what the Scriptures reveal on the surface. Throughout the Bible, forty, for instance, is shown as the number of 'TRIAL, a 'TEST (i.e. A TEST - IMONY)', or a 'PROBATIONARY PERIOD.' This number delivers the same message whether used in connection with days, weeks, months, years, Jubilees, or Millenniums. For instance, Israel wandered in the wilderness for FORTY YEARS, while Jesus' wilderness experience was accomplished in FORTY DAYS. When the same principle is applied to the Church, we find that she has wandered in the wilderness for FORTY JUBILEES (40X50=2000 years). It was because of this truth that we were first prompted to pursue the study of Israel's movements during the LAST YEAR of her 'TEMPTATION' in the wilderness. In the 33rd Chapter of Numbers we find a listing of the Forty-two (42) Camps of Israel in the Wilderness. It seemed significant to us that Israel moved only 33 times in her first 39 years of wandering, this average was LESS than ONCE A YEAR, and yet in her FORTIETH year, she moved no less than NINE TIMES, and at least EIGHT of those camps were in the LAST SEVEN MONTHS of the 40th year (See Nu. 33:38)! This is of PARTICULAR IMPORTANCE to us when correctly understood, for this truth REVEALS WHERE we are, or SHOULD BE in our JOURNEY toward our final destiny in Christ. In Israel a JUBILEE TRUMPET sounded every FIFTY YEARS; when the Church's wanderings are divided into JUBILEES (or 50 year Periods), we find that we are now smack in the middle of the FORTIETH and LAST JUBILEE TRUMPET (Since the Birth of Christ). According to Jewish timetables, the thirty-ninth Jubilee sounded in 1976, and therefore since the fall of 1976 we have been steadily moving into the FORTIETH JUBILEE.

As we relate the Church to Israel, we are compelled by Scripture to believe that the same kind of RAPID MOVEMENTS and DEVELOPMENTS that Israel experienced then should be the EXPERIENCE of the BELIEVING CHURCH at the END OF THE AGE. By the same token, we find ourselves in the 120th Jubilee from ADAM (50X120=6000 years). The 120 in the UPPER or 'HIGHEST ROOM,' or 'OFFICE (of the HIGH PRIEST)' is also in view. The COMING of the LORD is in view (Pentecost was a Coming See Jn. 14:18; 'I will. not leave you COMFORTLESS, I WILL COME TO YOU'). Also pictured is the LAST TRUMP, and it is important to note that Moses, a STRONG TYPE of CHRIST, was sent to deliver Israel in his EIGHTIETH YEAR, while JESUS was 'SENT' at the EIGHTIETH JUBILEE. Prior to his ministry, Moses was tested FORTY YEARS in the wilderness, while Jesus was tested for FORTY DAYS in the wilderness. Moses led Israel, giving them commandments through the Holy Ghost, showing signs and wonders for FORTY YEARS and bringing them into the promises of God. Jesus has led the Church for FORTY JUBILEES, bringing us into the promises of God. Jesus' Two-Thousand year ministry in the office of the Holy Ghost is shown by the FORTY DAY period AFTER His resurrection; 'After that He, through the HOLY GHOST gave COMMANDMENTS unto the Apostles whom He had chosen: To whom He showed himself alive AFTER His passion by MANY INFALLABLE PROOFS, being seen of them FORTY DAYS' See Ac 1:3. Of course the numbers NINE, FORTY TWO, and ONE HUNDRED TWENTY all possess spiritual values that are most important to the unveiling of various features within God's divine plan.

PRINCIPLE OF MOUNT HOR: NU. 33:38-40 (Camp 34)

A. HOR Strong's #2023, Mountains or RANGE of hills, PROMOTION. 1. 'And Aaron the (HIGH) Priest went up into mount Hor at the command of the LORD, and DIED THERE, in the fortieth year after the children of Israel were come out of the land of Egypt, in the first day of the fifth month'.

B. Mountains speak to us of HIGH PLACES, EXALTED THINGS, either an EXPERIENCE, or that which is HIGHLY ESTEEMED or EXALTED OF MEN. This camp speaks to us of the PLACE of DEATH to the HIGH PRIESTLY MINISTRIES that, as the Aaronic Levitical Priesthood, have been used mightily of God, but who have FAILED both HIM and THOSE to whom they were sent to bless because of their own REBELLION. In Mount Hor, God's 'MAN OF THE HOUR IN FAITH AND POWER' DIES at the COMMANDMENT of the LORD. It is interesting to note that verse 37 describes the location of Mt. Hor as being 'In the edge (Border) of EDOM.' Edom is just another name for ESAU, who, in Genesis 25:33 SOLD HIS BIRTHRIGHT for a BOWL FULL OF RED POTTAGE (Selah!). Thus, a PROPHETIC GLIMPSE is given us of the great fall of the HIGH and LOFTY 'SUPER MINISTRIES in these passages. Even the PRECISE AREA of WEAKNESS is described; for the ESAU NATURE (the Flesh) has proven to be the downfall of many. Aaron (meaning LOFTY, HIGH, ENLIGHTENED) was STRIPPED and his garments were given to ELEAZAR (whom God has HELPED), Aaron's THIRD SON (Completion, perfection; See Nu. 20:28).

Eleazar was God's CHOICE, for Aaron's first two offspring, Nadab and Abihu, were consumed by the WRATH of GOD because of their offering up STRANGE FIRE. The ministries which the BIG NAME PREACHERS have produced have offered 'STRANGE FIRE' unto the LORD and now they are gone. The element that produced them is taken out of the way. A little known fact concerning Eleazar is, that even though he was above twenty years of age when he left Egypt, Eleazar entered the promised land with JOSHUA and CALEB (See Nu 3:4 & Joshua 14:1). Perhaps this was because NONE of the TEN SPIES that DISCOURAGED ISRAEL were LEVITES! (See Nu. 13:4-16).

Eleazar speaks to us of a HIGH PRIESTLY MINISTRY that enters into a REALM OF LIFE and PERFECTION which EARTHLY PREDECESSORS HAVE SEEN ONLY FROM AFAR OFF!! Interestingly, the story of Lazarus (another form of ELEAZAR) in the New Testament, shows a striking similarity to this incident; for it shows the JUDGMENT of the RICH MAN (the Aaronic Priesthood), and the VINDICATION of that MINISTRY which was until then, REJECTED OF MEN; but who is finally COMFORTED at THE RIGHT HAND of GOD who will RAISE HIM from DEATH UNTO LIFE!! Consider also the 'GREAT GULF FIXED' between these two ministries.

2. 'And king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel' Nu 33:40.

'And when king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south, heard that Israel came by the way of the spies; then he fought against Israel, and took some of them prisoners. And Israel vowed a vow unto the LORD, and said, If thou wilt indeed deliver this people unto my hand then I will utterly destroy their cities. And the LORD hearkened unto the voice of Israel, and delivered up the Canaanites; and they utterly destroyed them and their cities; and he called the name of the place Hormah' Nu 21:1-3

C. ARAD - Strong's # 6166 & 6167, Fugitive, Wild Ass. 1. Arad represents a particular type of Babylonian (Canaanite) ministry. The fact that the Scriptures record that he dwelt in the 'South' indicate to us that the 'REALM of BLESSING' is in view. The passing of the 'Late Great' Pentecostal preachers (Jack Coe, William Branham, A.A. Allen, W.V. Grant, Kathryn Kuhlman, etc.) was followed by the emergence of what has come to be known as the 'PROSPERITY MOVEMENT (and the Toronto Blessing).' Many who have been called into Sonship have been CAPTIVATED by these 'WILD ASS, FUGITIVE (Arad) type ministers who come preaching 'CADILLAC FAITH,' and holding out to them the 'CARROT' of HEALTH and WEALTH. The idea that 'Gain is Godliness' has never been so widely accepted among believers as in the past twenty years or so. The 'HEALTH and WEALTH' message has been to a great extent borne upon the wings of the so-called 'CHARISMATIC MOVEMENT,' of which Ministers of the Kingdom have not ceased to warn the Church against since it's beginning. The place called 'Hormah' is translated as 'Utter Destruction.' The utter destruction of all of the IDOLS of SILVER AND GOLD and a RETURN to the TRUE RICHES is in view. Even now God is RESTORING to the Church the VALUES of GODLINESS and TRUE HOLINESS, and a renewed esteem for the RICHES of HIS GRACE is sweeping the ranks of believers.

PRINCIPLE OF ZALMONA: NU. 33:41 (Camp # 35)

A. ZALMONA - Strong's # 6758, Dark, shady. Female Gender From 96757 = A DEFENSE, shade (twilight). From # 1491 'Mooth' = Death, The PLACE of the DEAD, to be dead, die, etc.

B. A type of the EVENING TIME wherein God sends the LIGHT (See Zech. 14:7). A day of the REVELATION of the LIVING WORD. Here God gives the Saints a PERFECT UNDERSTANDING of TYPES AND SHADOWS. The TRUE LIGHT has always produced SHADOWS, which MANY simply DON'T UNDERSTAND, but even beyond THAT, it provides the NECESSARY CONTRAST for one to DISCERN between LIGHT and DARKNESS.

C. It is interesting to note that it was in ZALMONA that the children of Israel `MURMURED` because of 'THE WAY' (See Nu 22:4-9 & Jn. 14:6). Their complaint was, there was 'NO BREAD, neither is there any WATER, and OUR SOUL LOATHETH THIS 'LIGHT' BREAD (Manna, or Bread of ILLUMINATION), it was at this point that the LORD sent SERPENTS among them, and those who refused to ACKNOWLEDGE their SIN by LOOKING upon the BRAZEN SERPENT (which represented their own BRAZEN ATTITUDE) DIED! The Believer, having been delivered from one realm of deception, often falls right into another. The DARK, SHADY REALMS of RELIGION are like the DARK SIDE of the MOON. There are all kinds of 'CREEPING THINGS' that love to HIDE there. Darkness (IGNORANCE) is a DEFENCE for these kinds of spirits. Zalmona speaks to us of a Church that still prefers to dwell in the darkness of the TYPE and SHADOWS of TRUTH instead of walking IN CHRIST, the TRUE LIGHT. These resist the LIVING WORD (MANNA) to their own hurt. Paul said, 'The LETTER KILLETH, but the SPIRIT giveth LIFE' 2Cor. 3:6. 'These Kingdom preachers are SPIRITUALIZING the WORD' they murmur, but beloved HOW CAN WE SPIRITUALIZE that which ALREADY IS SPIRIT? Didn't Jesus say, 'MY WORDS ARE SPIRIT, and they ARE LIFE'?? (See Jn. 6:63)

These desire WATER, or that kind of 'Word' which has been continually 'WATERED DOWN' over the ages by man's INTERPRETATION. Paul said to young Timothy: Drink no longer WATER (the outward LETTER of the SCRIPTURES), BUT USE a LITTLE WINE (of the REVELATION of the SPIRIT) for thy STOMACH'S SAKE (in order to correctly DIGEST and to ASSIMILATE the Word of God into your inner man) and thine often INFIRMITY (to OVERCOME the many and varied WEAKNESSES of the FLESH NATURE 1Tim 5:23).

The IMMATURE complain that there are no HEALINGS (NO BREAD) in the Church any more; and while we realize that 'Healing is the CHILDRENS BREAD,' yet beloved, the crying need of the Church is to GROW UP into HIM IN ALL THINGS until ALL THINGS are NEW - Not to continually seek a 'QUICK FIX' for the FLESH to the NEGLECTING of the SOUL and SPIRIT. Now please don't anyone take this wrong, because I m NOT SPEAKING EVIL of HEALING at ALL; it is a much-needed ministry in the land. But I say we need MANIFESTED SONS OF GOD who can achieve 100% results, not mere so-called 'FAITH HEALERS' running around the country taking big offerings, but who see less than 5% ever get healed. Beyond that, we need a LIVING WORD that will bypass all of our 'SYMPTOMS' and go straight to the root of the problem of ALL SICKNESS and DIS-EASE - The ROOT CAUSE of all man's problems is being separated and ALIENATED FROM the LIFE of GOD. The promise is made to us that the 'SOUL (or, ADAMIC ELEMENT) which sinneth (in LOATHING the BREAD OF LIFE) it shall DIE' (Ezek. 18:4). Although Zalmona is a place of DARKNESS and CARNALITY, yet out of it's trials and sufferings shall come forth a people who have ceased to LUST after evil things. These are SATISFIED with the BREAD OF HEAVEN, and they have learned to LOOK only to HIM who was made to be SIN FOR THEM, that THEY might be made the RIGHTEOUSNESS of GOD IN HIM (See 2Cor. 5:21).

PRINCIPLE OF PUNON: NU 33:42 (Camp # 36)

A. PUNON - Strong's 9 6325 = Perplexity. From 6323 = to turn, be perplexed, distracted. From 6323 = To TURN, i.e. be DISTRACTED. Jesus spoke of 'Distress of nations with PERPLEXITY' (Lk. 21:25).

B. The present distress and perplexity of the nations in our day is the God-created condition by which man will eventually become 'Willing' to seek alternative solutions to world, local, and personal problems. As Moses was DISTRACTED by the BURNING BUSH, the Church is being distracted from its place of REFUGE and SECURITY in the SHADOWS of Gods Word. God is luring us 'OUT' that we might walk, NOT IN THE SHADOWS of the LETTER, but in the REALITY of the LIGHT OF LIFE!! When all else fails, SEEK GOD! After the LORD no longer places his blessing on the Watered-Down Preaching of the LETTER, and the SONS of GOD begin to move out in the POWER of the SPIRIT; then beloved, and only then will the Church world in general give real credibility to the TRUTH of God's Word. We find an interesting truth in Rev. 16:12 which describes the 'drying up' of the 'Great River Euphrates' that the 'Way' of the 'Kings of the EAST (or, LIGHT)' might be prepared. Here is a tremendous truth closely associated with the transition which the Church is currently undergoing. Euphrates is called the 'GREAT RIVER', traditionally, it is referred to as the 'RIVER of BABYLON' (See Ps 137: 1). The picture here is of the DRYING UP of the waters of BLESSING which God has bestowed upon the RELIGIOUS WORLD who WORSHIP him in the VANITY of THEIR OWN MINDS (Eph. 4:17). This decay of the BLESSING and the POWER of God within the nominal system has caused many to seek elsewhere for restored communion with the Father- Another picture of this is found in lKi. 17:3-5, where Elijah was in hiding for approximately two years by the brook Cherith (meaning 'Cut Off). It was not until the brook DRIED UP and the RAVEN (a type of unclean MINISTRY) no longer attended to his needs by bringing him his Daily Bread that he was finally moved (or, Distracted ) to the Widows house (a type of the TRUE CHURCH - WHOSE OLD MAN is DEAD) that had with her the MANCHILD! So long as God continues to bless the nominal system, there will never be much large-scale attention given to the truths of the Kingdom. One of the Church's biggest drawbacks is religious satisfaction, so long as man is satisfied that he has reached a 'Status Quo', he will NEVER CHANGE. It was only when God 'Show(ed) Israel their SINS' that they ever desired a change of heart. The nominal churches, like the Pharisees and Saducees, have 'measured themselves by themselves' and by their own criteria (Articles of Faith & By Laws), they have APPEARED RIGHTEOUS in their OWN SIGHT, but A JUDGMENT IS COMING that shall TRY EVERY MAN'S WORKS according to GOD'S RIGHTEOUS STANDARDS. This is the day in which the FIRE of GOD'S ZEAL is proving man's own righteousness to be as FILTHY RAGS. God will "DISTRESS and DISTRACT" all NATIONS unto HIMSELF BY PERPLEXING and MIRACULOUS EVENTS!! SONS OF GOD IN MANIFESTATION shall BE His 'FIERY JUDGMENTS.' His Sons are going to be as A BURNING BUSH of DISTRACTION (Punon), and by whom the 'Heavens (realms of religion), being ON FIRE shall be DISSOLVED (or, reduced to the PUREST ORIGINAL STATE), and the (beggarly) elements shall melt with (be made to FLOW TOGETHER because of the) FERVENT HEAT' (See Ob 17-21, 1Cor 3:13-15, 6:2-3, & 2Pet. 3:10). Oh how we do long to see Him in His Eternal 'GLORY,' no doubt it will be the most wondrous 'DISTRACTION' we shall ever experience, for in SEEING HIM we shall ALL be CHANGED into the SAME IMAGE, from glory (lesser) to GLORY (GREATER). See Isa. 45:22, 2Cor. 3:18, 1Jn. 3:2.

PRINCIPLE OF OBOTH: NU 33:47 (Camp 37)

A. OBOTH - Strong's #88 = Water skins (POTS). From (plural of) 178 'Owb'. From the idea of 'Prattle (ing), a mumble, to mumble, a water skin, with hollow sound, a VENTRILOQUIST, as from a JAR or BOTTLE.

B. From a NEGATIVE point of view, there is an EMPTINESS, a HOLLOWNESS coming from many would-be PROPHETIC MINISTRIES in the land. I don't mean to be critical of anyone, but somehow most of their 'Prophesies' sadly lack the familiar 'Ring' of the GENUINE ANOINTING of the Holy Spirit within them. Their 'Words' may be exactly what the church wants to hear, but they are not the LIVING WORD of God. Rather, they are the MUTTERINGS of Prophets who only Prophesy to gain attention, wealth, and popularity. This is also pictured in the events recorded of the Marriage at Cana of Galilee. Remember this was on the THIRD DAY (a type of the Feast of Tabernacles) and there were SIX WATERPOTS (showing six thousand years) of STONE (hardness of HEART), after the MANNER of the PURIFYING of the JEWS (outward, works-oriented religion). It was at Cana that Jesus performed the FIRST of His MIRACLES, turning the WATER (or, letter) into WINE (of Revelation). See Jn. 2:1-11, Lk. 5:37-39. Also to be considered is the fact that God is making US to be NEW BOTTLES to RECEIVE the NEW WINE OF THE KINGDOM, which is NIGH AT HAND.

PRINCIPLE OF IJE-ABARIM: NU 33:44 (Camp 38)

A. IJE-ABARIM Strong's # 5863 = 'Ruins (as if overturned) of the PASSERS.' From #5674 ABAR, used very widely of any TRANSITION To PASS OVER.

ABAR-A HEBREW, or one who PASSES OVER (an OVERCOMER).

Abarim means 'The WAYFARING MAN'. This speaks to us of the itinerant ministries that have been to the Church like the sailor with a 'Girl in every Port.' These WAYFARING individuals have never led the church into a serious, valid marriage relationship with Christ, but who have come around only to collect the TITHES and OFFERINGS, then 'Love 'em and LEAVE' em' until NEXT MONTH 'The same time, same Station'. Isaiah prophesied of these saying 'Woe to thee that spoilest, and thou wast not spoiled; and dealest treacherously, and they dealt not treacherously with thee! when thou shalt cease to spoil, thou shalt be spoiled; and when thou shalt make an end to deal treacherously, they shall deal treacherously with thee (Isa 33:1).' 'The highways (or Lit. HIGH or the PROUD WAYS of men) lie waste, the wayfaring man (ABARIM) CEASETH: he hath broken the covenant, he hath despised the cities (the Local Churches), he regardeth no man (or Ministry - Isa 33:8).'

These Ruins foretold of such great ministries as Swaggard, Roberts, the Bakers etc. These are TRANSITORY, or PASSING type ministries that were ONLY ordained to bring people out of the OUTER COURT, but who were NEVER INTENDED to bring them into the MOST HOLY PLACE. The tremendous need is realized to remove from the HOLY PLACE, or that which is IN PART (and considerably LESS than MOST HOLY), and come into THAT which is PERFECT. Unfortunately, in order to do so, the very ministries that have been so mightily used of God to bring the people into the HOLY PLACE must NOW BE REMOVED from their positions of POWER and INFLUENCE.

At IJE-ABARIM God's people are loosed from the INFLUENCE of these IN PART MINISTRIES to Go on unto perfection.

EXTREME CAUTION is required on the part of the believer in this area however, for some, in their zeal to liberate God's people from the control of RELIGIOUS MEN have unintentionally helped to LOOSE a WILD ASS (lit. ZEBRA) nature which DESPISES ALL DOMINION and GOVERNMENT. Beloved, the LORD is NOT the AUTHOR of CONFUSION, but of PEACE. God delivers one from the BONDAGE of CORRUPTION (SELF SERVANT) into the realm of the LORD'S BONDSERVANT. The KINGDOM realm IS a REALM of GOVERNMENT!! The difference is, the (Second Heaven) governments of the HOLY PLACE have traditionally been UNJUST and full of INIQUITY. They SAY, but THEY DO NOT!! Jesus said of this sort 'Whatsoever they SAY, DO YE!

God's True KINGDOM GOVERNMENT on the other hand is with an EQUAL and JUST BALANCE!! In fact BALANCE is a KEY to the KINGDOM. Notice that the dimensions of the MOST HOLY PLACE are: 10X10X10=1000

There are many who have heard just a little of the message of the Kingdom, or of the Melchizedek Priesthood and PRESUME that the five fold ministry is DONE AWAY WITH. Let me reiterate what our beloved Brother Paul said: 'And He gave some Apostles, and some Prophets, and some Evangelists, and some Pastors and Teachers FOR THE PERFECTING (or Maturing) of the SAINTS.. Beloved, the one and ONLY way we can ever hope to bring ANYONE into perfection is through a God-given ORDER. Now I have heard it argued that this Scripture has nothing at all to do with any eventual Perfection which the Church shall experience; if that were so, then I wonder what any minister could ever hope to accomplish in his or her Ministry?

Beloved if our Ministry is so ineffective that it never causes anyone to Grow UP into Christ, then what good are we doing by exercising ourselves in it? I have to believe from my own experience that the 'Fruit' of genuine Ministry is responsible in it's own way for producing much (if not all) of the True Spiritual Maturity I see manifested in God's people. In fact those who never expose themselves to Ministry (as in Five-Fold) are generally very childish, dull of hearing, immature in the ways of God, and generally ignorant of the Scriptures. Beloved, it is TRUE that we Have NO NEED that any MAN should teach you as John the Revelator said himself And yet, while he was delivering THIS TEACHING to the Church was he not a MAN?

What is it then? We need much more than just to be taught of men, we need men and women anointed and affected of the Holy Spirit and Power to affect (and even INFECT) us mightily and thereby bring us into a state of perfection that will finalize the work that Jesus began to do and teach. But someone will surely ask 'What about the MELCHIZEDEK PRIESTHOOD'?? 'Where does THIS fit in'?? Paul said, 'We speak a Mystery among those WHO ARE PERFECT'!! Beloved, the INSTRUMENT which MINISTERS PERFECTION MUST be FIRST PERFECTED ITSELF! There are many questions that arise concerning which comes first, the CHICKEN or the EGG? But suffice it to say that NO ONE can COME UP ANOTHER 'WAY' without running the risk of becoming a 'THIEF AND a ROBBER'.

PRINCIPLE OF DIBON-GAD: NU. 33:45 (Camp 39)

A. DIBON -- Strong's # 1769, from 1727 = to MOPE, LAMENT, PINE, or SORROW.

GAD -- Strong's # 1410, from 1464 = to CROWD UPON, i.e. attack, invade, overcome - closely akin to 1413 = to crowd, to assemble selves by TROOPS, gather selves together by TROOPS.

Of the twelve sons of Jacob, none is identified as closely to the overcomer as Gad. Jacob prophesied of Him these words:'Gad, a troop shall overcome him: but HE shall OVERCOME at the LAST (Genesis 49:19). This camp reveals how that the Church at the last begins to PINE for the OVERCOMER, or the OVERCOMING COMPANY (i.e. TROOP). This pictures the WOMAN or CHURCH of Rev. 12:1-6 who is TRAVAILING in PAIN and SORROW to BRING FORTH a MANCHILD-OVERCOMER. Jesus said in Jn 16:21; 'A woman, when she is in travail hath sorrow (Lit. DIBON), because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth NO MORE the ANGUISH, for JOY that a MAN is BORN into the world. (John 16:2 1)

C. The birth of Gad is recorded in Genesis 30: I0-11; 'And Zilpah Leah's maid bare Jacob a son. And Leah said, A TROOP cometh, and she called his name Gad. 1. Zilpah Strong's 9 2153 = to trickle, as myrrh, fragrant dropping, sweet smelling savour.

D. The mother of Gad was a sweet smelling fragrance unto the LORD, A. strong parallel here is that the Church is likened unto the MOTHER of JESUS whose name was called MARY meaning MYRRH. Myrrh has a BITTER-SWEET SMELL. The sweet smelling savour produced by the offering of our bodies as living sacrifices Holy, acceptable unto God is likened unto myrrh. Giving birth to a MANCHILD is a BITTER-SWEET EXPERIENCE; for in giving birth (and ESPECIALLY for a VIRGIN) it is tempting for the mother to want to just die and get it over with. The bringing forth of the MANCHILD is seen here as a HORRIBLY WONDERFUL EVENT INDEED!! The MANCHILD is a TROOP!! Are the 144,000 seen here? Certainly the OVERCOMER IS!! The TROOP is the ARMIES OF HEAVEN led by MICHAEL HIMSELF who will CAST OUT that old SERPENT into the EARTH, OVERCOMING HIM by the BLOOD of the LAMB and the WORD of THEIR TESTIMONY!!!

PRINCIPLE OF ALMON-DIBLATHAIM (Camp 40)

A. ALMON-DIBLATHAIM Strong's 9 5963 from 5960 and 1690; Literally, 'Hidden Fig Cakes'.

B. Immediately AFTER the BIRTH of the MANCHILD, the Woman is HID from the face of the Serpent for TIME, TIMES and HALF a TIME. Col 3:3 declares that; 'Ye are dead and your LIFE is HID with CHRIST IN GOD'. The FIG CAKES represent the Unleavened WORD of GOD, and the UNLEAVENED CHURCH, THE BODY OF CHRIST. Paul said that; 'We being many are one bread and ONE BODY' (See I Cor 10: 17). The Fig tree is a TYPE of the PROPHETIC, SONS OF GOD, 'JESUS' MINISTRY, and is also typical of THE JUDAHITE!! Jesus said to the disciples to; 'Say to the SYCAMINE TREE (or, the False, IMMITATION FIG i.e. JUDAH = PRAISE, JUDAS = BETRAYS) BE THOU REMOVED.' There will be henceforth NO MORE SHALLOW, 'IMITATORS', or SPIRITUAL IMPOSTORS in the HOUSE OF THE LORD!! I believe that represents a time and a place where the child of God can be literally 'HID' from those who would seek to destroy his life from off the earth. Jesus demonstrated this on several occasions, one of which was in Nazareth where the HOMETOWN crowd were attempting to CAST HIM DOWN FROM THE 'BROW' of the HILL upon which their city was built, when; 'He, PASSING THROUGH THE MIDST of THEM, went HIS WAY' (See Lk 4:29-30).

PRINCIPLE OF THE MOUNTAIN ABARIM (Camp # 41)

A. ABARIM - Strong's 5682 = The regions beyond.

B. Both the death of Aaron and the death of Moses was by COMMANDMENT. It was in the Mountain of Abarim in the land of MOAB where Moses SAW the PROMISED LAND and DIED. The death of Moses the SERVANT of God is foretold in De. 32:48-52: 1. And the LORD spake unto Moses that selfsame day, saying, Get thee up into this Mountain Abarim, [unto] mount Nebo, which [is] in the land of Moab, that [is] over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession: And DIE in the mount whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people, as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people: Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah-Kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel. Yet thou shalt see the land before [thee]- but thou shalt not go thither unto the land which I give the children of Israel.

C. This camp speaks to us of a TOTAL CHANGE OF ORDER. The. LEGALISTIC MENTALITY MUST DIE before anyone can move into the fulness of the PROMISES of GOD For the PROMISE OF GOD is ETERNAL LIFE - But the LAW OF MOSES was a MINISTRY OF DEATH (See 2Cor 3:6-7). Although the LAW CAME BY MOSES, yet GRACE AND TRUTH CAN COME ONLY BY JESUS CHRIST, our HEAVENLY JOSHUA (Yeshua - Saviour)! No man can SEE GOD and LIVE! Beloved, as we look deeply into the PROMISES of God SOMETHING HAS TO DIE in order for OLD THINGS to PASS AWAY, and for ALL THINGS to become NEW!! (See 2Cor 5:17)

PRINCIPLE OF MOAB (Camp # 42)

A. MOAB - Strong's # 4124 = Her (the mother's) father. B. Psalms. 60:7-8 says; 'Gilead [is] mine, and Manasseh [is] mine; Ephraim also [is] the strength of mine head; Judah [is] MY LAWGIVER; MOAB [is] my WASHPOT; over EDOM will I CAST OUT MY SHOE'. Notice that the move from the LAWGIVER is to MOAB, the WASHPOT Then to the Casting out of the SHOE. The removing of one's shoe represents the LOOSING of an individual from a CURSE, a PROMISE, a COVENANT, or and AGREEMENT. It is here at the WASHPOT that God is LOOSING HUMANITY from the CURSE of the EDOMITE. Edom, or ESAU (The FLESH) is LOOSED from his COVENANT WITH DEATH and his BIRTHRIGHT and BLESSING is restored unto him; FOR THIS REPRESENTS THE BEGINNING of the TIMES of the RESTITUTION of ALL THINGS. The last act of Jesus in his Ministry before the Cross was to WASH the DISCIPLES FEET IN A BASIN, or WASHPOT. Before He did this however, THEY HAD TO REMOVE THEIR SHOES from OFF their FEET (Selah)! THIS CAMP therefore, REPRESENTS the FINAL ACT OF WASHING by the WATER of the WORD that will FINALLY CLEANSE the CHURCH FROM EVERY EVIL THOUGHT AND DEED!! (See Eph 5:25-27) C. At this juncture Jordan, a type of Death, is about to be crossed over, or OVERCOME. Paul wrote to the Corinthian Church that the last ENEMY to be DESTROYED was DEATH (I Cor 15:26); The Church in general, has been taught little or nothing of what to really expect here. But Jesus our Faithful High Priest has gone before us in death, burial, and resurrection, and having ABOLISHED DEATH and bringing to light LIFE and IMMORTALITY; now demonstrates to us THE WAY that LEADETH unto LIFE. The time for the PERFECTION OF THE SAINTS is at HAND, and let it be WELL UNDERSTOOD that NOTHING THAT is IMPERFECT EITHER DESERVES or RECEIVES IMMORTALITY. Just imagine if God were to IMMORTALIZE a HYPOCRITE or a BACKBITER and BROUGHT THEM INTO HIS KINGDOM in THEIR UNGODLY CONDITIONS!! What kind of corrupted HEAVEN WOULD THAT BE? So GET READY SAINTS!! For God is preparing for Himself a GLORIOUS CHURCH, and PERFECTION is the ORDER OF THE DAY; for the SEVENTH TRUMP, the Feast of TABERNACLES, and IMMORTALITY AWAITS US JUST BEYOND this FINAL WASHING of the WATER by the WORD.
